Interim Management

An interim manager is usually required for two reasons: temporarily fill a managerial position and/or support the management in delivering major improvement and/or transformation programs.

Maxipro has several years of experience in interim management, starting in operations (Procurement, Manufacturing and Supply chain) and now also in SG&A and sales & marketing. We often act as senior director or VP in large corporations and as executive director or general management in SMEs and/or business units. A critical success factor to be effective in this role is a clear mandate with well defined roles and responsibilities, visible sponsorship from the top, and sufficient autonomy and authority to deliver the objectives in the identified areas.
